He pointed out that "the ministry does not need financial support, as the majority of the ministry's projects are long-term investment projects." And he continued, "The economist in digital aspects from Washington, Jerome Beesia, and Marula Haddad, a specialist in digital infrastructure and the World Bank's coordinator for the communications sector in Iraq, expressed the World Bank's desire to support the Iraqi government's efforts to shift towards e-government and open prospects for joint cooperation with the Ministry of Communications, which is located."
