Exactly, 10 Years. But they did manage to pass the all important Traffic Law. So let's see, that's TWO laws passed since Jan 1st. Less than pathetic. Yet still no full COM, no Financial Management Law, no HLC. Then schedule next gathering a week away, after the start of Ramadan?? They'll be lucky to get double digit attendance. Those pampered, over worked fools are already beating a path to a beach or their mansions in England. What a painful 5 months of expectations.
