Perhaps if we quit coddling these criminals and bring back the chain gain, instead air conditioned TV and weight rooms, that might be a good start. And for the really heinous crimes perhaps a large facility in Northern Alaska where they could be housed and keep from society. Save money because in the winter you would not need as meany guards. If the fools escaped would not need to look for them until spring. By then the vultures may have taken care of the remains.
