Iraq, one of the richest countries in resources yet totally destroyed and broke.  Look at the neighboring countries and how rich and prosperous they are.  UAE(Dubai), Saudi Arabia, Jordan, Qatar, Iran.  All managed their resources and are rich beyond belief.   Iraq is so corrupt and unable to manage themselves out of poverty they  continue to be a struggling impoverished nation with no leadership that ever wanted to put the country and it's citizens first.  They're like a banana republic in Africa.  Their leaders have stolen everything they could instead of building a great country.  Greed prevailed and was not stopped.  When will the populous take their country back from the criminal greedy govt officials and turn it into the kind of country it should have been decades ago.   This place should have been another Dubai but instead...............
