LB Agree, DV, Very important verbiage in this article and it seems that the Kurds are ready to compromise and finally get the "HCL" done.  Lets hope Parliament can speed up the approval, vote and then published in the Gazette.  I strongly feel that all parties understand the timeline is already set in stone so continue moving forward for the good of all Iraqi's, International Community, most of all DV members.   Good days are definitely coming and please pay it forward!!!!!!

Keeping the faith!!

Thanks DT...We can only hope with the diminishing power and exposed criminal activities of the Maliki regime, that has thrown road- block after road-block in the past toward the HCL, they'll be forced to curtail their resistance to an effect of inefficiency...Let's just hope this time around Abadi has Maliki in ''check'' and move to ''zzzzzzzzz'' the HCA issue into the HCL ...
