I read Frank from KTFM and look at other dinar sites. There is always talk about when we see smaller denoms in circulation the rv will be imminent. I have 25 dinar notes for months so I don't understand all the mystery talk about where are the smaller denoms.

Then sir, you have the OLD notes that are worthless. That simple.

I believe if you look a bit further down in the posting where it gives a bit more detail it states 1979, so that could quite possibly be the date? Interesting though, they do look like the current notes that are out. Wikipedia shows these particular notes as 1993 in the smallest denoms. Nope, no good.

Wow, im sorry if this sounds rude, but I can not believe most people have no knowledge of an investment that they bought into. The lowest besides the coins is a 50 dinar note.

Dreamstealer, What makes you think that the 50's are the smallest denoms. I've read somewhere there was maybe 14 denoms printed. They will have to have the smaller denoms in place before they can conduct business. If it RV's 1 dollar = 1 dinar and the lowest denom they have is a 50, you go buy a loaf a bread and a six-pack wouldn't you want your change. I don't know for sure but the ones on EBAY that I went to, that went down from 20's down to 1/4 dinar look real to me. Adam's CBI contact talked about the smaller denoms that were in the bank and he thought they were going to be distribuited to the shops and merchants

None of the smaller denoms are of legal tender right now....some of the coins that you are seeing are older issued back in 2004 and then retracted because they were worthless in the marketplace....only thing they are good for now is a collectors items....the only bills that are official Iraq tender right now are listed on the CBI website....any other smaller bills then the 50 are older notes, they do not have any legal tender less then the 50 dinar note and their are no legal tender coins out at this time....once we see them released from CBI we will be one step closer or will already have seen our precious little RV.....

The lowest new notes that you can find are the 50 dinar notes.....any bills lower then that are not the new denoms that we are waiting for!

CORRCT-I purchased 6 collector issues from DINARTRADE.COM and inside are 7 different Bills . rangeing from a 50 next is a 250 -500-1000-5000-10,000 & last a 25,000. This CAN BE CONFIRMED from Dinartrade. ask for ALI.

They need even smaller denominations then the 25 dinar notes. They need 1,5 10 dinar notes along with change/coin dinars. So that when someone buys something like a stick of gum they can give change. Not everything is costing even dinar amounts.

And Fils.. IE quarters, dimes and nickels so to speak.....

Please, take a pic. We would really like to see them, This would prove that they do have smaller denoms to make change after RV. The vendors and the banks have to have smaller denoms to carry on daily sales of products and business. They need to have coins, 1's, 5's, 10's, 20's, 25's etc.... Thanks

I too have a 50 Dinar Note, but it is not a Saddam one!. It was one of three small denomination (500/250/50 sent to me 'with compliments' by Dinar trade some years ago.

The attached Scan shows all three notes.
