BAGHDAD, Jan 29 (Reuters) - Iraq's parliament approved a budget on Thursday worth 119 trillion Iraqi dinars

If 119 trillion dinars =1166 dinars/dollar

765 billion dinars = X dinars/dollar

(765,000,000,000  x 1166) divide by 119,000,000,000,000 = 5.4 dinars/dollar

1 dinar =.18 cents

Does this make sense?  Its been awhile since I did any math.
