Thank you for asking about the possible PTSD concerns.  I truly appreciate that.    Fortunately for me, I dealt with those demons a long time ago when they were little, lol, and much easier to kill.  I was taught to not be afraid to ask for help if I needed it.  So when I felt a bit lost, I asked.  And unlike many of our current vets today, I got the assistance I needed.  And they didn't just throw a bunch of damn pills at me either!!!  They actually worked with me, big damn difference.  Plus, I have a very strong background in psychology, which was an immense help.  Lots of training in "profiling" and other psyche op skills as well, so I was perhaps a bit better "armed" to begin with? 

 

So I don't have flashbacks, and about the only bad dreams I ever have, are rare, thank the gods!!!  Usually about people I couldn't save in time, never about some dirtbag I killed.  Had a little time as a POW, that gave me time to think and sort things out too.  

 

But thank you so very much for asking.  Truly.  Most never even think of that aspect.
