man I hope they are looking at this article , as,   Iraq is in top 10 wealthiest , but can`t  get strength in it`s own currency,  ,  which would tell Iraq as ,crippled, ......  { crippled as in needing the u.s.dollar to stay afloat, and also in government.... <----- which might be turning ,,,hopefully }     I would believe the article as more true , if Iraq would have a  currency in the upper 2 digit numbers , say mid .25 cent  too .86  area...... this would show strength and a promise of a brighter future from 10to 15 years ago....
