Committee discussed the economy and investment representative with the Securities and financial control reasons for delay in the final accounts.

It is said that the government has not received the final accounts for several years to parliament and are approving Almozanat and one after the other without knowing the final accounts. "

A number of members of the House of Representatives objected to the reading of the draft budget law for fiscal 2013 because of the government's failure to provide the final accounts for the current year budget.

GM Ladies...I see it as not just 2013 budgets but many past budgets...They have surplus going way back maybe to 2007....from what I hear..and this is JMO....an wibt..

I really don't feel like trying to get the DV search engine to produce results for me, but Buti and I have found articles (posted here) indicating they've opened up the 2013 budget already.  And yes, they have surpluses from previous budgets.
