jmw2
Very true but Vietnam & Zimbabwe are not under UN Sanctions, Iraq still is. We are comparing apples & oranges here. Look at the Strategic Framework to Rebuild Iraq. Currency reform is in there. Currency reform means stabilization not 100000% increase...can you also define "internationally tradable currency"?...why does it have to be worth more to be tradable? 1

It doesn't. But I don't see why it has to stay where it is at either.
caz1104
There have been many articles where it's stated Iraq wants to bring it's currency back to past glory...................question is what do they mean by past glory? My bet it ain't 1160 -peace Edited June 22, 2013 by caz1104
pricestar8
Ramadan starts on july 9th and ends aug 7th. We are talking about the ME, Life is slower there, and there must be alot of work thats involved in a RV. So I think that they will want to wait till after Ramadan. There are only 15 working days till Ramadan. I realy who that I am wrong.
