BAGHDAD / NINA / MP, of the Kurdistan Alliance, Hamid Bafi said the policies of Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki and the ruling group in Baghdad can be explained as an indirect implementation for / Biden plan /, which aims to divide Iraq into three separate states.

He said in a statement to the National Iraqi News Agency / NINA /: "The political groups, follow-up the Iraqi political and even parties within the National Alliance, indicate that Maliki wants, through uniqueness power and marginalize others to implement / plan Biden / indirectly,".

He added: "All the political blocs and even the parties of the National Alliance are confused to explain and analyze the causes of these practices by al-Maliki, for example, how Prime Minister exercises his work without bylaw for the Council of Ministers?, And how could he be prime minister at the same time the minister of defense, interior and commander of the armed forces and many other institutions? ".

He explained: "Maliki is weakening the role of the legislature and marginalizing the main components in Iraq," adding " if Kurdistan Alliance or the Iraqiya List object his policies and boycott the government and parliament, we see him saying / If they want to go let them go /, and this is something strange and unexplained, but that Maliki seeks to implement / Joe Biden's Project / to divide Iraq into three separate states." / end

I hope their plan excludes the present PM in any role of government.  Because that freak will wage war or try to conquer all provinces if taken out of chapter 7 and allowed to buy the defense equipment that will be used for offense instead.

Like this article is saying, by maliki holding all the interior, defense, security ministry positions it has weakened their security.  He's so right.  heloooo, this crackhead maliki has failed miserably.  The country is no safer than syria.   And it's the government you have to worry about.  I think we are about to see a new ball game in Iraq.  At least I hope so.
