What the heck is he doing.  Why give that nut job another week.  He ain't gonna change.  He will do something very minor and promise the rest enough to pull the blocs in to believing him again.  Don't they get it by now?  He's not going to do anything to progress and if he does he will take it back and he will continue to kill off the opposition until he has none, or the fear is put into anyone who dare run against them.
