He doesn't have to be there for them to vote a no confidence in him.  They can do it without him.  Just like he tried Hashemi in absentia.  So, he can resign to save a little face, but he may be arrested.  I wonder what he thinks his options are?  Not looking good for the nut.  I thought they would have removed this freak by the first quarter of this year.  He's proven to be one evil diehard that won't go away.
