BAGHDAD / Obelisk: A source in the Office of Financial Supervision, Sunday, that the final figures for the federal budget and expenses quotas ministries and state institutions all of 2012 will appear early next year after the close of the final accounts of the ministries.

hahahahaha, exchange rates for 2012 1160 ---- 2013 they are most likely going to say some parliment memebers, held on to the two months budget { in story above } and they possible can not give any rates at this time , with the help of water melon and blakzergaon, { who ever the heck they are in the first place } will give the budget in middle of year , which we know from all the dang articles that middle of year will not happen , and they will be on some kind of hoilday . then we have the youth playing in the streets @ spring time ,, sheia`s about to hit the fans { i,m,o }
