64jaguar Posted October 27, 2012 Report Share Posted October 27, 2012 They are ALL FEDERAL RESERVE BANKS, they ALL belong to the Fed. (Private Co.) So the question is what banks are the Feds using in Iraq. The overseas arm of the Fed, the Bank of International settlements, I'm sure, is involved too. Using one of their Affiliate Banks, like Wells Fargo and maybe Citi, might be a good way for them to keep track of what's going on, But It's ALL FED, not individual Banks, IMO.
