until the dinar is a "pegged" currency i dont believe any banks are "doing business in iraq". fifth third and citi stopped selling dinar. the only bnaks ive heard of rcently still selling are some small banks that are inside of walmarts in texas

They are ALL FEDERAL RESERVE BANKS, they ALL belong to the Fed. (Private Co.) So the question is what banks are the Feds using in Iraq. The overseas arm of the Fed, the Bank of International settlements, I'm sure, is involved too. Using one of their Affiliate Banks, like Wells Fargo and maybe Citi, might be a good way for them to keep track of what's going on, But It's ALL FED, not individual Banks, IMO.

Walmart is owned by NORTHERN TRUST CO.
