Carrello Posted September 10, 2012 Report Share Posted September 10, 2012 KRG orders ministries to select day in the week to meet with citizens Monday, 10 September 2012 13:50 Shafaq News / Kurdistan Regional Government (KRG) decided on Monday to select one day in the week in all of its ministries to receive citizens and listen to their problems and demands, as well as establishing a fund for the complaints for the same purpose. A statement of the government published on its website, briefed by "Shafaq News", stated that "the Council of Ministers of Kurdistan Region has held a meeting chaired by Najervan Barzani and the presence of his deputy , Imad Ahmed," adding that "the meeting began reviewing preparations of the KRG to arrange next year's budget of 2013." http://www.shafaaq.com/en/news/3500-krg-orders-ministries-to-select-day-in-the-week-to-meet-with-citizens-.html "Under those preparations carried out by the Ministry of Planning and Finance and the relevant authorities, it is scheduled to submit next year's budget to the parliament until mid-October to be voted on by the parliament and to be prepared for the beginning of next year." The statement added that "the Ministry of Municipalities has began working with the management and facilitating the citizens' paperwork through electronic means and there is no old paperwork now, stressing that" the ministry is working seriously to transform cards to bonds and give a guarantee for citizens that each person will be given a formal decision when receiving lands. " On compensation for citizens who have rights to the Ministry of Municipalities, the statement said that "the Council of Ministers has decided to start paying these loans in accordance with the law to give all citizens their rights," as well as "the ministry granting lands for industrial, agricultural and tourism projects."
