Hey, M agreed to the Arbil 3 years ago in exchange for rigging his election. Agreeing is one thing, implementing is a camel of a different color!

I won't be holding my breath on his latest agreement!

why would they want to give maliki what they are going to have any way in a week? allawi is going to have his ministers and his Strategic Council , article 140 is going to be implemented, and the budget will open to allow all the dormant projects for the people to start rolling. they will have the ability to do this all by themselves in a week without maliki. why should they allow him to make any kind of deal when they are holding all the cards.
