This comes at a time in which it announced Moscow importance of convening a summit of Baghdad and Iraq's return to its leading role in the region. According to an official source in the Office of the Secretary General of the Arab League, the "morning", the university has prepared lists of all the delegations that will participate in the Arab summit later this month and all Arab sectors, namely: (political sector and the social, economic and media). The source added that "all the lists that will participate in the Arab summit, one of the staff of the Arab League has been organized and sent to the competent authorities in Iraq," noting that travel all the delegations from Cairo will be on 26 of the current month, while heading the delegation and technicians to Baghdad before the deadline two days. He continued: "We have prepared all sectors of the Secretariat of the Arab League notes explaining the decisions to be taken by senior officials who meet in Cairo next week to travel to a meeting of Arab Ambassadors of permanent representatives of the Arab League who will meet in Cairo after senior officials to leave these decisions to the Ministers of Economy and Finance Arabs, who meet in Baghdad on 27 and then the Arab foreign ministers on 28 and then leave the decisions to the Arab leaders on the day of the summit of 29 of this month. "The source said the Arab, all things going well for the aspects of technical, logistical, organizational and direct coordination with Baghdad. The State Department announced last week for the countdown to the Arab summit in Baghdad at the end of this month. In Moscow, Mikhail Bogdanov, Deputy Russian Foreign Minister in a press conference yesterday: that Iraq is preparing to host the Arab League summit to be held at the end of this month, indicating that the Arab Summit "will be an event of symbolic importance, as would be held to indicate the return of Iraq to the Arab family and restore its effective role in the international arena. In Karbala, considered the religious authority that the Arab summit in Baghdad would strengthen relations between the Arab leaders at the meet the challenges in the region and called on Arab states to the reference to support democracy in Iraq because it will contribute to stability, security and development for the Iraqis. In a positive step to support the summit, the Sultanate of Oman has decided to nominate Muslim ibn Bakheet Burama its ambassador to Jordan, a non-resident ambassador to Iraq.
