approval of the Iraqi budget for 2012 "big event" with all professional standards, political, economic and social development. First, the budget was adopted relatively quickly compared to past years, which has been experiencing longer delays in the approval which had lead to many complications including the inability of the provinces and ministries to exchange financial allocations before the end of the year. Which is not a good phenomenon in the development process.

And thanks means good grace to act. We call on God to help us all to the good behavior by the grace of public money that we have. It is a mark that not thrown away or spend it in non Moadah or, God forbid, stealing and embezzling.

in detail, we can note that there is an increase in allocations in all fields of the budget, in addition to the many benefits that go directly to citizens, including the allocation ratio of the difference in price of oil in the approved budget and the selling price of the real citizens, on the proposal submitted by the commendable Liberal bloc in the House of Representatives.

of these increases have witnessed the financial allocations for the Ministry of Education. Has become about 11 thousand billion dinars, after it was last year's 9 000 billion.

but allocations of education is still less than the allocations of defense and security, which amounted to 17 thousand billion dinars, compared to 14 thousand billion last year.

at the strategic level term, representing education importance greater than the defense. Education is the device that makes the nation, and educated generations. It is natural that we spend on building the nation's more than we spend to defend it, because the requirements of the building and cost the nation more than the requirements and costs to defend. But the exceptional circumstances experienced by the country to be imposed defense spending more than the expenses of education. Here, we call on God to make our country safe, stable to the degree that will allow us to increase the expenses of education to be more and more defense spending.
