Parliament Postpone the vote on the budget

Lately it seems that most of the good news we hear comes out of no where and it's news that nobody expected. It's getting harder and harder to give the news out of Iraq any credability. I was going to post yesterday that there is a fat chance of a Monday vote due to their history but, i would have been neged to death and called all kinds of nasty names... So i chose to sit back and wait.

Here's the headline I'd like to see. Iraq postpones parliaments paychecks until they stop postponing everything that comes their way... Period!!! it's so much fun following those posmf's.
