Baghdad {: News} Euphrates MP for the coalition of state law on the Keywords that political parties that have signed the Convention on the Arbil is ready to announce the content of the Convention to the media.

The political blocs took place in Erbil in late 2010 on an agreement under which an end to the dispute between the National Alliance and the Iraqi List, about the consistence of the formation of the government included several items.

Some of the deputies pointed to the existence of secret agreements within the Erbil Convention has not disclosed the leaders of political blocs and demanded that the announcement of those agreements to the Iraqi people.

What did we learn tonight

We know that the Central Bank is in a very good position

They have taken control of their auctions once again

They are telling everyone they are now Basel Compliant.....as they trump it - 60 billion in reserves

The CBI has plenty of money to manage its currency..they are out there doing what a Central Bank does buying and selling the currency - they are making sure they know who they are buying and selling from the auction thing is the most exciting thing for me....because now they know who they are....these auctions are electronic....so there electronic banking system is in pretty good shape if they know who's what where when and how Traders on border of Iran don't want to take the Iranian money anymore in trading for dollars

They were making good money giving them dollars and trading for the Iranian money and dinars and keeping those

Now they are smartening up

Banks are starting to get wind of whats going on and the street vendors are no longer wanting to hoard those dollars

They want them to have respect for the dinar and use the dinar

CBI is ready...have not heard anything negative from CBI for the last several months...saying here we are...

WE ARE READY TO HIT THE FINISH LINE with this and MOVE FORWARD..

They are doing what their function is - To be the CBI and to manage their economy and manage their money - they have a plan and they are moving forward with it

Government

Parliament....long discussion tonight about the arguing...talking...differences and why they are there..

Learned today ...Cabinet which is Malikis 3 presidents basically the formation of the Erbil how it is dividing up the power sharing which is the most important part is his cabinet to get things done have all came back together..

Talabani has said we are going to handle all of our outstanding problems by using the constitution.....able to get concessions and move people forward.....huge concession on Hashemi whose going to be in the justice side of things..

He got some guarantees that they are going to go ahead and he will get a fair trial...We maybe have not heard the end of that..still maybe a sticking point ...but they are going to use the constitution - everybodys afraid of

its going to like Saddam....point the finger...put in prison and get killed....and they dont want that...they dont want anyone to have that kind of power

We know the budget is ready to vote on next week and move forward next week...14th is a day talked about when Parliament is back in session... ....

We have movement on ministers...getting ready to vote on that possibly on the 14th..

they have a list...we talked about how that maybe a 50/50 split....Maliki may end up getting the security minister and somebody else will get Interior...but they will come to a resolution on that and move that forward

Push is to get themselves ready and show they have a very working government for the Arab Conference because they need trading partners....they need to show people that they can be a government that can trade with people and do the things they need to do because they have Iran and Syria that have sanctions and they do a lot of business with those people and they need to replace those business partners with people who are functioning as normal business partners with the world that are not under sanctions...You see articles they dont want these sanctions on Iran because they trade with them...almost like they fear alot of shutting down all of that trade without having another trade partner so they have been kinda on the outskirts of this

Thats why the Arab Summit Conference is going to be so important for them

Then theres the National Conference we hear about....which is the Political convention - that is probably either they are voting on a place for this to go and my feelings tells me this is part of the process of the political convention that they are going to have.....thats going to be the last part in the next week and a half...Last part where they come together as a team and decide the future of Iraq and where they are going

I have a feeling at the end of that they will announce their government at that point in time...perfect opportunity for them...will be looking for that...I am not saying thats going to happen... but will be looking for that.

VERY POSITIVE NEWS...if you didnt hear the beginning of the call listen to the beginning - I spoke about where we are at and how to keep yourself stable in this investment and all that you hear..........remember what we talked about - please use your common sense rule out there when reading articles and hearing things....articles put out some nonsense but there are juicy bits and pieces in articles you read - have them pass the common sense rule and if we see them in a couple of different news sources.....grab those and have them pass the common sense rule we can make sense of whats going on....

Moving in a positive direction.... be patient....Nothing negative out there....

Don't shut out the flowers...they will grow.....just water them and take care of them...

PULL THE WEEDS...that just came to me.....

Be careful of the things you plant...if you plant them - cultivate them - make sure they dont get out of control and I think that is whats going on with the government....taking time and taking baby steps and the villains we think are are probably not and vice versa

Allawi is no angel himself...he has his own agenda on what he wants to do...very driven by what they want to do

they have Sadr on their side...they are very much individualists and want to be their own country and

dont really want to place nice with the rest of the world because we have the oil and we want to be part of this cartel that can say what we want

Maliki has been put in there by us and has power ambitions but really would like to make sure noone gets into power

that can do all that...meanwhile he looks like he is trying to become a dictator in it all

and then you have Talabani...that comes in and knows how to put the pieces together and get everybody talking and moving in the right direction (Go Talabani!!!)

He is the guy I am going to keep my eye on him to see what he is going to do...before this is all over he is the one that will be huge in making sure Iraq comes out on top when this is all over and done with.
