Ridiculous! They will never get anything done if they don't stop living in the present and value the future. There will always be amendments on a daily basis, since Iraq is growing spontaneously and very rapidly and the laws that they draft today are obsolete by tomorrow. Iraq, you need to plan your laws in accordance to 20 years from now and not at today's demands. They must cover today's demands but must expand, without any more amendments, to tomorrow's demands. Think of it like major cities that construct their roads, highways and expressways to today's demands. They are always crowded and with lots of traffic. Non of this would have happened if they were built for 20 years from now. Iraq, you need a vision, a sound vision and act accordingly. Once you grasp this "Phenomenon," as you call everything that you can't understand, then all of your laws would be passed quickly and without any objections. So stop the status quo and get your Watermelon guy, your Bugs-Bunny dude and get something implemented with a vision right away before this momentum changes directions and puts you back at the drawing table again for the millionth time! JMMHO. GLTY and all. Go RV.
