It would be nice to imagine that all BOA's personnel are on the same page, but realistically maybe 100 of the thousands of branches know what the right hand and left hand are doing. You must deal with one of the 100. In 52 years I haven't been that lucky!

I have been under the impression the the Dinar would have to be re-instated (RI) before it can be RV'd. Am I wrong? I would appreciate any help in understanding the difference.

Hello Doc31, I thought that RI meant "reinstate" and that the Dinar had to be reinstated before it could be RV'd. Am I wrong? You post was very good and I thank you for it.
