Thats not right the value of the dinar will not be effected at all they will just take the big notes out of circulation over time but a rate of $3.20 per dinar after RV PER $1.00 USD If you have 1 million dinar at that rate you will have $3.2 million usd but JUST IN SMALLER NOTES !!!!!!! Everyone is missing the point all they want to do is take the BIG NOTES out of circulation over time they dont intend to remove the value of the dinar at all JMO

Remember its not just the investers what about the Iraqi People if they dont RV/RI the dinar the country cannot trade on equal footing in the global market and Iraq will crash and burn within months because they will not be able to repay debts already incurred. Ron the critical comment in M statement are the words FLOATING MANAGED RATE !! Hes a politician remember that means it could be between 1170 or 3.22 !!!! I believe its good news not bad

IMO they get 1000 25 iqd for a 25k dinar note and they then just take the 25k note out of circulation you cant just take the value of the money off the people JMO
