I don't think that is even possible, given that those with substantial interests in the Middle East are interferring with things there at a level we can't even comprehend. Shouldn't we expect an RV before the election campaigning official begins? Otherwise an RV may be used by political opponents as a draw card for getting more votes. Unless of course the powers that be want the current chap replaced, in which case the RV could be used in political campaigning. What an election promise that would be!
