Thanks for the outstanding information, it's the best news I've seen in awhile.

Maybe Iraqi Vice President Tariq al-Hashimi will return to Iraq with some good news on the RV.

Let's keep the good news coming. I sure wish there was a list of things that had to occur before an RV could happen. Then I could just check stuff off and know when we are getting close.

Frank, Thanks for the well written and thought out information. No one knows when the RV will occur and the same holds true for the value of the RV. I just hope and pray that whatever happens will be a blessing to you and your family. If this was an easy one to solve I sure would miss your great posts.

What are you basing your opinion on? What are you referencing that would lead you to believe that if it doesn't RV by 7 Feb it will be a long wait?

I can't see the RV being too low because with Iraq wanting to be the worlds largest oil producer it wouldn't make sense for the Dinar to RV at a low rate. Also if they are with the group of countries that want to establish a common currency their credibility amongst the group of countries would be low if their RV is very low. I think it will be somewhere near the rate of the Kuwait Dinar.

If you email Ali and ask how to exchange your Dinar after the RV, he will send you an email with a word document attachment that outlines how to exchange your Dinar through him. Hope this helps.
