Just got a text from a UST accountant who helped start the rebuilding process for Iraq's monetary system in 2003 has seen all the papers regarding the RV... He says the IMF has signed off on all parts and even Obamas signature was on there was well. I received this text probably 20 minutes ago and it said to expect it this Wednesday (today) or Thursday. That's all I know, and I'm just as confused as the rest of you.
