Well, it's certainly nice to see everyone 'playing nicely' so early in the day. It appears that not much gets by Trump, and that he and his administration do clearly love America! Not to get off topic, but I find it a pleasurable coincidence that the chemtrails (I know I know, just bear with me me) or at least 'clouds that look like that', have stopped, at least in my area which is in the northeast, since he took office., Back on point: I expect to see a lot of 'corrections' made, throughout the world, to fix the political and non-political mistakes of the former administration in the coming days.

On that note, I truly hope the translation between last and next is interpreted correctly in the other comments above this one. I recall asking a thugs about a legislative term (although it wasn't about oil and gas -directly speaking) and that was in November '15. We all have our reasons for wanting an RV- and mine is to get off a day to day fight against 2 corrupt systems - the Connecticut legal system (1) which fixed my real estate (2) fraud trial against the agents we hired- who undervalued our property in our family's time of grief, and re-sold it to co-workers who posed as a young couple claiming they wanted to move in. The original trial was delayed, and a new judge showed up who refused to let the agreed upon witnesses testify, including the town tax assessor, a tax appraiser, a hand-writing expert (the realtors cut and pasted a signature from one doc onto another when we stated they never told us they were a dual agency - one representing the buyer and seller simultaneously, as well as the state of ct laws proving the realtors did in fact brake the law. At the end of a short jury trial in which it was obvious the jury knew something was 'up' the judge said, thanks for your time but you can go home. I am doing something very rare which is issuing a directive verdict in favor of the plaintiffs. The judge took the right of the jury out of their hands, and opened the door for the defense to sue me for $300,000! Despite the fact that I have an ongoing appeal which means a counter suit can't be initiated until an appeal is heard and ruled on, the lead judge in the court where the trial took place assigned the trial judge who ruled against me to hear evidence - immediately. So one of these days, while recovering at home from a setback from a car accident following my 20th orthopedic surgery 5 years ago, I will get a big breath of fresh air and the money I need for the appeal and re-trial from the RV of the Iraqi Dinar - which I truly hope is close at hand! sorry about venting...I should have posted this in an off-topic section related to: does anyone know anything about crowd funding? Golfsnr- I understand your perception, but hope you are incorrect. There have been many times when I almost felt that the RV was near, as in days or hours away, energetically speaking. I 'heard' May when I 'asked'when this will happen, but I hope it's long before then. Like I said, it's an energetic sense of perception that I sense, which isn't always reality-based. In any event, has the CBI website been updated,and if not, any idea why? That pattern can't go on forever. Go RV!

Agreed- this is an excellent article in which the author acknowledges the substantial wealth in the small country of Iraq, and the fact that it's time to properly protect its assets. I truly hope that the statements expressed are those of work that's already been accomplished and that the revaluation of the Iraqi Dinar is near if not imminent. I believe that a lot of unpublicized progress has been made to get Iraq 'online' as far as e-banking and e-currency - why else would they have the need for, and publicize the IBAN?

A short time from now this 2, or 4, or other 4-letter word will be a thing of the past-which is fine with me. Some other group will probably spring up somewhere, but this extreme form of poor excuse for mankind will still be gone- and the persons or people that aided their enter into Iraq will be gone with them...

This is an awesome article - not only for the content but for the timeliness! Iraq sure is quick to fix and publicize its progress in fixing the corruption due to the manipulated pipeline counters! It's as if they are 'trying to meet a deadline', and they are doing everything they can to tell the entire 'globe' that! This is really a quick fix - no meetings to discuss the meetings on how to fix the siphoning - just a quick fix - with a notice that the repair meets 'global standards' - which I suspect, in some small way, satisfies some of the KPMG auditing requirements! Thanks Yota! I certainly enjoy these updates - although I am unable to translate the detaiils written on the CBI website, the words 'sale' and 'foreign currency' in the same sentence are very exciting - and timely!

tigergorzow- Thanks very much for your feedback regarding my post. It's really amazing how much is potentially involved here, as we witness the completion of a very long transition of Iraq evolving from a country run by a dictator (then run by another) to a country that's closer on the spectrum to that of a capitalist and free society. The entire US debt could potentially be eliminated overnight 'with the 'stroke of a pen', along with the individual debt that many citizens - worldwide - carry. Years ago. a close friend of mine, who initially told me about the Dinar, essentially said that we, as in the US, weren't going into Iraq to remove Saddam because 'we were just being nice people'. The war that followed cost more in too many ways than many ever thought; i.e.,, time, money, and far far too many lives. Despite the fact that there are trillions more Dinar in circulation today than during the Saddam era, and despite whether the Dinar is a FIAT currency, and despite the ongoing violence, it's my belief that the world has far more faith in Iraq today than it did in the late 80"s, when people as a whole were afraid to work in and with Iraq for an entirely different reason. The other extremely timely event influencing the progress of HCL, regards the election of President Trump! Lots has been said concerning the 'stability of Iraq' being a requirement for the Dinar to RV, but I bet there are those in Iraq who maybe, just maybe, are saying the same thing about the US.. Well Iraq, we are doing great - so finish the job and give your currency the long overdue adjustment it needs and deserves - so we can all work together globally and enjoy the wealth from years of effort!

Upon re-reading the above article from 11 hours ago, it seems to me that the language referenced in the 2 drafts is definitely what we want to see: ..."He added that "the two laws mentioned aim to invest national wealth of oil and gas and the development of the industry and to achieve the advancement of the economic reality of the country," Hopefully the "economic reality" of the country includes a rate-change in the Dinar from its current artificially diminished value to one that not only reflects Iraq's vast wealth and resources, but to one that is at least on par with its neighboring countries. In my opinion, the Dinar should 'for convenience purposes', at a minimum, be on par with the neighboring countries in adjacent ports. I truly hope that the reason for the lack of rate change in the CBI's website since January 4th is because the CBI is waiting for HCL to finally be implemented into law. Now, if only the Secretariat referenced in the above article could move as fast as another Secretariat, which is the greatest racing horse of all time - the 1973 triple crown winner and the horse that ran the greatest horse race ever on June 9th 1973 - by winning the Belmont Stakes by an astonishing 31 lengths!

Rather, I bet it reads that he is (was) one of the top-10 a-holes on the face of the Earth. Someone near him just moved up a notch, and I look forward to reading a post here soon that says that person, along with the rest of this group of non-human scum, is dead!

Jeepguy- I noticed increases throughout most of the state that started about 2,-3 weeks ago that were in the 20-30 cent range. It was a very quick and unexpected increase. I personally don't mind the increase, temporary or not, so long as it's iassociated with a rate change for the Dinar. I thought the adjustment at the pump quite timely based on some recent articles posted in the news section on the best Dinar site on the net!

I guess I will soon find out if my own perception of the higher gas prices in Connecticut the last few weeks are indicative of the recent cut-backs in production and if the estimated PPB of $65.00 will be seen in a new rate. Thanks for the post - the title and subtext caught my attention despite the fact that I haven't strayed into this section of the site very often. I look forward to the day where I can use a 3-D printer to 're-print' the cells of mine that were damaged from a med-mal procedure when a surgeon created a bone on bone environment in my left shoulder by reattaching a ligament in the wrong spot years ago...not to mention problems from injuries and scar tissue from 20 orthopedic surgeries...there are many things people look forward to buying with the dinar when its value is corrected; time and peace of mind are at the top of my list.

DoD, Thank you very much for taking the time to explain the email you posted. My mind will be more at ease however, when I can access my Warka account. Historically speaking, something 'changed' some time around 2014. I used to get prompt (within 2weeks) replies from Mohmmad Issa, and then that ceased. I then received an unsolicited email from him in November 2015, which put my mind somewhat back at ease, but Mohammad has yet to remove the yearly accounting fees (about 15,000 dinar) and provide me with access to my account. My thought was that 'everything froze temporarily' and I hope and anticipate an email from him shortly indicating that my account is current, etc.. My thought on the 'freeze' developed after seeing the influence from the WB, IMF, and other influential parties.

Good Evening Yota and DV! (I usually say 'good Morning' Yota and DV and have come to the conclusion that Yota enjoys posting awesome news on this site more than sleep). What an exciting time to be part of this experience! I notice that this post was made less than 30 minutes ago - it sure will be fun to watch things unfold over the next several hours and possibly days. My thought - and hope - is obviously to see a rate-change, and I suspect that if, and only if, the ego in the White House has any chance to influence the outcome that we will in fact see something in the next few days in the range of .10'.to .50 simply so that he can say he had an influence on it and so that he can minimize the maximum benefit for those investors 'at this level' from far greater returns. That being said, I agree with what so many others on this site - which truly in the best Dinar site on the web - that the Dinar MUST increase in value to a point where the Iraqi citizens will be willing to stop using the dollar, which means a rate chacge to 1:1 or more. One way or another, I anticipate a rate change very soon, and hope to meet many of the members on this site in person to celebrate the occasion!

Good morning Yota, and thanks again for posting several exciting articles this morning! To be honest, I only scanned the headlines thus far this morning, but I plan to read the details shortly. I like seeing many the recent references to banking practices mentioned that refer to manner in which Iraq will be acting with other nearby countries, which to me equates to international banking and a new rate! Pretty soon we will see Iraq following GAAP (generalized accepted accounting principles) which will strengthen their international status -and currency- even more by making international auditing firms very happy! I also like to see the words 'Maliki' and 'angry' in an article caption posted this morning, which tells me that the end of his corruption (and possibly life) via financial control and manipulation over the Iraqi citizens is also near. As so many bright members of this site have pointed out, Maliki was never going to encourage any forward momentum in Iraq, as it that would provide others with economic and other forms of freedom. One article I recall reading a few years ago was one that estimated Maliki's wealth. and it referred to the fact that Maliki had just acquired the title of majority shareholder for Motorola Wirleless in his region. I have a feeling that the forensic accounting being done behind the scenes is going to disclose a lot more of his corruption and that his financial theft from the Iraqi citizens is close to being disclosed in detail and redistributed to its rightful owners. I, like many others, have thought that Iraq would need to get a hold of as much stolen Dinar as possible prior to a rate-change, but I never expected the international support, technically speaking, to come as quick as it did. The imminent global change in status of the Dinar is going to allow those in Iraq in charge of investigating where the stolen funds have gone a lot more ease in getting it. GO RV!!!
