Thats correct only 3 coumtries were grantedmembership not Iraq. I had prev said they needed a 3rd meeting which I believe they had. Also I had stated they need Iraq laws & legistration to be passed which is not done who knows how long this will take as slow as they are in doing anything. I didn't know they needed to pay dues I should have know they slow on paying any due to WTO. The Iraq try to get by without passing & harmonizing legistration Laws trying to cut corners. Does not work with WTO guess they felt if cry enough would grant them membership. WTO smarter than that thank goodness they not believe in Iraqs crying spell.

They are having major financial problems, They have ghost cities all over the country in China, People who invested in their apt complexes having lost millions and major companies would not count on china recovering for a long time. But the Iraq & Kurds both say the Supreme Courts the law of Land & final. Yet the Kurds keep trying to fight the action of Supreme Court even though they agree is final of Sup Court actions in Iraq very confusing they don't want to give up the oil money. The Court agrees on Iraq paying the Kurds the salary but want a list of people to get the money.

Didn't a report out yesterday stating no need for passing the HCL the supreme court a passed their law saying Kurdistan would have to send the oil funds to Iraq and that they Sup Court advised stated Iraq to pay the salariesof Kurds? So they would not need to have HCL since the Court had made the final ruling as long as Kurdistan abide by the final ruling

Why would they need a rate isn't 1310 a full rate. Look at Vietnam they have a terrible rate worse than Iraq and they are members of WTO so I do not feel rate is a problem for WTO
