    I just opened the two accounts and it all went very smooth, but I sent $500 and they say the transfer has been received in the amount USD $ 479.06. Is this normal to be a bit less?

    I am talking about the date here. 01/18/09 the first day at 1170, move three years to 01/18/12 the first time at 1166. Anyone seeing this??????

    I noticed that Jan 18th 2009 is the day the CBI set the rate to 1170 three years today, this gets my mind going!!!! Was this the IMF's plan to hold it for three years and let it fly??

    Ok so if my math is correct this is what I get when they raise the 3 zeros. Now the rate is 1170.000 x 1usd per CBI now remove the zeros and 1.170 x 1usd. That's 0.83usd x 1iqd I WILL TAKE THAT!!!!
