The translations are real bad, what is sad is that I've done so many breakdowns, talks to my friend and Arabic translator Khoury so many hours on the phone that is easier for me now to understand what they are saying but not all. I had a talk with sonny1 about a few things last week and he pointed me to the CBI web site and told me to have Khoury read the Arabic side of the site and the same pages in English are completely different in meaning, he was completely right they are. There have been things that Khoury also hears from the Arabic TV that we never hear, like they have talked about deleting two zeros and other things we have never read in the articles that we read. GM yota, man when I first started reading this article I was worried that they were about to cancel the Summit and tell us/them that they had no money to pay to hold it. Meaning game over for now, no RV, no funds to pay for Summit = more delays IMO. Oh well this last part made me feel better; "Baghdad summit will be held successfully in spite of everything, and success will be a success for the Iraqi people but you two are right they act like three kids fighting in a playground over which two are going to play on the teeter tooter, one is always going to be pissed off!

You and me both brother.......they better, heck Alex they had the $450 million covered to put the Summit on in the 2011 budget, as was written in an article yesterday or the day before, so why would they ask for a loan? I tend to believe this is some of the propaganda that Shabibi slipped up and said at the US Chamber of Commerce last year. I don't know for sure but I'll tell you this, the country is broke, they are low on both USD and IQD, Iran smuggled 2 billion USD in one week and no telling how much has left the country between Iran and Syria. CBI has sucked in enough to get the RV done and it will start taking from their reserves soon. They have a Summit to pay for so they better get they act together and get out of Chapter VII so they can have their money that is here in the States. See they need this money which is everything in the last nine year less the money that the UN has let them have to run the GOI and feed their people, hence the name Food For Oil Program. Less the money paid to Kuwait but all the rest has stacked up into 100's of billions IMO. They have only spent about 25% of even last years budget. They do not have the money to pay for this Summit so they need to get this done now, the IMF said no more money, do it yourselves... On top of that they owe a lot of contractors, that was proven in the article about Exxon back payment of 300+ million. Further proof that they are broke... See they paid Egypt yesterday thru the US held money from their Citibank accounts and have made the deal with Kuwait to settle their debts as requested by the IMF so these are the signs that they are ready to RV. That is why we are seeing the Kurds pushing and a lack of media updates, I want to say this is smoke because I have never used or said any of it has been but I really believe they are close to getting this done or they are going to be very enbarrassed because they will need to cancel at the last minute which is about to be here.... This is why their own government people are asking why haven't we started the building projects, we don't need to wait on the budget to be ratified to start but what they don't know is that Shabibi has stock piled the dinars ready to burn them once they RV.

I believe that they are removing the currency from circulation, as you believe that they have that much in circulation keep because how many times have you said that? I've stated this several times in my post and you know this. You think that the reserves are what the CBI shows in the financials, I think they are much, much higher.... I believe that Shabibi has the in-country amount down to 30 billion or maybe even lower but I can tell you for sure... I believe that the future value of Iraq as a free market economy that they want to build into can be used, I too believe that their unproduced minerals can be formulated in the future value, I really think that when we finally see what this country is really worth we will understand that the currency speculators of the world will see the value in their currency and trade on it. I can go on but I'm not and another thing, I'm not going to be brought into your self-serving crap that we have to read over and over again. Thanks for making me waste my time explaining something that you and everyone else already knows about my thoughts as I have broken down more article trying to help this community out rather than debating the same thing over and over. Really, I have spent a lot of time all over L. A. and there is no time that traffic is good.JMHO See I had a office in Beverly Hills and a condo in West Hollywood so I know all about that area but your right the suburbs it does make a lot of defference. If the UST holds dinar and when the dinar RV's the UST dinars RV too, so there is the answer to your question but there's over a trillion USD that is unaccounted for, just ask Bernanke . The other answer could be that what we have is going to be sold thru the Forex to other speculators so the UST doesn't pay us out. We will not know which way it will work until the RV happens.... You know Trinity, I had a long typed out breakdown on this and I decided not to post it for this reason; I wanted to see what you would say on this one and I'm glad I did. You put a more interesting flair on some of these articles then I do. I was right to think that too, you would do this one more justice than I would have. I was going to point out the 1:1 which has been done several times by me and others.... I was going to point out that all most all of the 32 trillion are outside their country and don't count in what Shabibi is about to do... What I was not going to do is point out that this was a history lesson or put your great way of sense to this so I moved on until I saw what you were going to say. Heck I type to much anyway... :P .. Let me add something else if you don't mind JNT; When we have a holiday does it stop traffic or slow it down in the big cities...........NO Are the freeways less congested on Saturdays and Sundays.......NO and sometime times more as well as all day long, just drive I 635 in Dallas, Texas on a weekend. We don't have a rush hour, we have a all day rush hour because everyone is out of work. I just don't see pandemonium because if you remember that Shabibi said they would educate the citizens, so to me I would think that they would wake up to it being talked and written about all over, with instructions of what to do and when to do it. Anyway I think it's interesting to see what others think because I could be way off in my thinking. Believe me when it comes to this crazy ride with these crazy players anything can happen.....
