You could be right. The main point of what I was trying to say is that there is an exchange of dinar for oil and that the CBI isn't paying off US dinar holders directly.

Keep doing research. You'll learn that the CBI isn't sending USD back the the United States for our dinars. The US gov is sending them to Iraq in return for oil at a price of something like $32 per barrel until all the dinar has been exchanged. You have a lot to learn.

It's a possibility but it's not probable at all. Iraq and Shabibi are banking, no pun intended, on the fact that international investors are going to bring their money to Iraq. With a three 0 lop, that means that investors get 1/1000 of what they think they should get. Obviously that is a substantial amount. Shabibi is smart enough to realize that if they lop, then he won't be expecting an international rush to Iraq. The U.S has enormous holdings of dinar. And with an overbearing influence in Iraqi government, the U.S gov wouldn't allow Iraq to lop based on their desire for the oil they'll receive for returning American owned dinar to Iraq and the ability to tax all of the beneficiaries of the RV.
