Frank’s CC Notes 1.16.2012 Page 15 Post 292 from last thread Why did they cancel the Parliament meeting they were supposed to have tomorrow Tues. 17th? On Jan. 11th supposed to release the rate.. On the 13th become active. Do we see any of these things? Any new rate? No they didn’t so we are still waiting. Yes we are. The reason is they are waiting on Talibani to come back on Wed. They will start their first session this Thursday w/o fail. Nothing mysterious why they cancelled the meeting. Iraqiya TV is talking about it. There are many meetings going on. Each group meets among themselves. Then get together behind closed doors to go over what went on in their group meetings. They/we will eventually see everything in the GOI unfold this month. TV is going to the next level talking about CBI articles. TV is speaking about the currency coming out in 3 categories. What are these categories?? It means they are talking about 3 different groups of currency. 50, 100 and 200. The article said they (CBI) do not need approval to release these 3 categories of currency. The CBI does not need permission or law from parliament to release the rate or the lower denominations defined by the first phase. The currencies are now in Phase 2. Phase 1 is DONE! Completed! It’s been accomplished. Now they are moving on to next phase that we are NOW in. Last year we were confused by all the articles when they were speaking about Phase 1. Iraq moving …missed this part… Phase 1 was the lifting of the 3 zeros from the exchange rate! What’s the exchange rate? .000859 this is Phase 1 in 2011 this is the value of the IQD. Draw a rectangle next to this. Like what a 25k not looks like. 25000.000 Now move the decimals over 3 places of the IQD .859 now round it off to .86 The lifting of the 3 zeros is now DONE! Finito! Fine! Now on to Phase 2. When is Phase 2. They could not perform phase 2 in 2011. It’s like shoes on before socks. So this year, we are no longer talking about the exchange rate. The value is going to be 1:1 as they tell us. We hope it comes out higher. Now they have brought value to the dinar, but now they have to show it to us in phase two. Phase 2 has another part to it; that is bonded to it. It’s Phase 3! They have told us that they are going to take 2 years to lift the three zeros from the…streets and yours and mines hands! In Phase 2 in Iraq and outside Iraq …missed this here… They tell us they want to introduce the rate and lower denoms at the beginning of the year. Well, we still wait. No one knows the date or the rate! Phase 2/3 will be to remove the 3 zeros from the face of the physical currency. 99% now gone from the streets of the Iraq. Phase 2/3 is the rate and lower denoms being introduced along with removing the triple zeros from the markets. The article that came out today – the categories that are coming out…are…there are no more dinar on the streets… they want what we have in our hands now. They will soon introduce the rate to pull back in the rest of the dinar from the markets. Saudi Arabia loves the Bush’s Picture on the left a perfect square and on the right a rectangle again. On the left put LD inside. On the right put a 25 Definition of Phase 2. LDs coming in Phase 2, right about now. The rate first and then the LDs or both at the same time. It is not a LOP, it becomes 1:1 value.
