When I type VND into the search window, I see a message pop up stating "No instruments found". They must be having a glitch or two in their system. I also find it strange that the GBP/IQD does the same thing. Thanks, I hadn't even noticed.

I have been watching for news about the potential Dong RV. I recently set up my savings accounts at Warka. I have funded the accounts with USD and IQD as needed. I received an email confirming the amount contained in each. However, I have tried to set up E-Banking with little success. I want to do some fine tuning on the acct. My problem first arose when sending to the email address e-bank@warka-bank-iq.com . I received a response from the mail server that The delivery attempt has failed permanently and that it had been rejected by the recipient domain. I then tried to send it to c.services@warka-bank-iq.com and had the same response. I also tried to sign up online but the web site linc takes me to a place that requires log in and password in order to even apply. My latest attempt was sent to info@warka-bank-iq.com and I received the same response. Does anyone know whether or not the email addresses have changed?

I realize that I may not comprehend the steps that have been provided for us. I must really be dense. But I have been trying for about 2 hours to send funds from my Citibank acct to my Warka acct with no success. I cant seem to find a page that requires the identical info that everyone seems to say is required. I tried to send funds through the online transfer page under the Global Transfer section. Then I tried all three options: 1. To a Citibank Client in the US 2. To a CitiBank Client abroad 3. To an external Acct. Under #1, after entering Warka Bank for investment (Under Payee) and NY as the destination, and the acct number # 36908969 I was told that they didnt recognize the acct info. Under # 2 They dont list Iraq as a destination Under # 3, I got very confused. Should I call it in instead of online transfer?

I currently have zero funds in either my USD savings acct in Warka or my Dinar Savings acct. I started to wire USD from Citibank to Warka just a few moments ago. I saw that the online banking for Citibank had an option to wire Dinar directly to my Warka account as well as USD. I called the online service dept and they said that indeed I could send dinar from my US Citibank acct. So, do you think it is possible to wire USD to my USD Savings account and then wire Dinar to my Warka Dinar account? That could potentially save any delay in having Warka exchange USD to Dinar and then transfer those funds into my Dinar acct.

You are more correct than most sheep realize! It could be just that simple to fix too. While we are at it we might as well restructure the "entitlement" programs. Reinstate the Social Security to its original plan. Reducing the size and salary (perks too) of our Government personnel would be a plus. Bringing home the manufacturing businesses could help the USA export more than they import thereby helping to provide the USA with more income than we spend. Similar to our household budjet, bringing home more income than we spend boosts our net worth. Oh well, I better hush. GO RV!

The way I understand the process is that if you are outside of Iraq, you must fund the Warka account with USD and then convert it to Dinar. You dont want to get the dinar out of your safe and transport it to Iraq.
