the rest of the story?
hpygrl replied to hpygrl's topic in Opinions, Perspectives, and Your Two Cents on the Iraqi Dinar
Thanks johnnyz, but what I was referring to was the rest of the email that he wasn't prepared to share yet. Have a great day! -
I know someone who works for Blackwater (a private security firm) and they DO make humongous wages!

I think I saw this quite some time ago -
Dozens? Really?? Not exactly a "million man march"!

Ali's buyback
hpygrl posted a topic in Opinions, Perspectives, and Your Two Cents on the Iraqi Dinar
I've been reading that alot of people are of the opinion that Ali may be wanting to bring back in dinar and this is why he's had a turnaround in his RV opinion and his buyback price has gone down. If he really wanted to bring back dinar, wouldn't he have raised his buyback price to make it more attractive for people to sell? -
Does anyone know if it really matters if notes are "circulated" or "uncirculated"? Circulated notes seem to be a bit cheaper to purchase. Seems to me it should make no difference unless you're a collector and want the notes in pristine condition.

When you weed through some of the childishness on this site you can really get to some rare blooms, and Ron I think you're one of them. I realize that everyone on these forums are just print on a computer screen, and without having other parts of communication to help us judge (body language, eye contact, etc.) the ring of truth can be quieter. Just wanted to let you know that based on your particular print on my computer screen I feel that you're a straight up guy!

Wow DaveJen and Farmall! Quite the pleasure reading the discourse between you two! Knowledgeable, courteous and supportable. My question to you would be this. How would you prove when you acquired your dinar? Would a receipt always be necessary? For instance, maybe many years ago a distant relative left you a stack of dinar in their will without any documentation of where or when they got them. Would this just be an "under penalty of perjury" situation? Again, loved both of your thoughtful posts and your demeanor between one another!

What I noticed was that the bid and ask price for iqd has a much greater difference than the ask and bid prices for the other pairs. I'm not very familiar with forex, so can someone give me an idea if this is unusual?

Pretty cool of you all to reconcile after the hissyfit. It was really nice to see the resolution thanks to Islandgirl!

Read item number 15. To paraphrase, based on current inflation rates, the Iraqi dinar does not appear to be either under or overvalued at this time.

Thanks babyorca!

I just went to this site and could only find Chinese yuan. I know that it was said that their site is having a problem right now, but can you tell me if their dinar prices are better than dinar trade? Thanks

I have a question.

Key Bank Dinar Orders

Could you please post a picture of your 250 denom notes when you receive them? Thanks! -
They all sound pretty reasonable to me (except for when they are taken out of their written context and given some conspiratorial new meaning). We're a bit past the population mark of 500,000,000, thought. Darn sex drive!

I do some work at the Chase bank in downtown Spokane. I'll be in there again on Tuesday, so I'll check it out.

Me too! Thanks so much, taxguy!

Just noticed that Dinar Trade's buy price is still 1,220 per million but the sell price has reduced $20 to $880 per million.

My Life Since Owning The Dinar
hpygrl replied to seus's topic in Rules, Announcements & Introductions
Agreed, Len. And for me this has been the most educational and interesting investment I've ever been in. I've only spent $2,000 of which I can recoup about $1,800. I've spent thousands on my education which has also been beneficial. I've learned so much about the middle east, politics, conspiracy theories, and general human nature, that I feel I've gotten my money's worth already. If it RV's and we all make a ton of money, then so much the better! -
