I did a wire transfer to my Warka account on 3/3 through my bank (Chase). I used the exact account information (36908969) and swift address (CITIUS33) to process the transfer. I also e-mailed Warka to let them know the money was coming and how to allocate it in each account.
My question is, when my bank put in the swift address (CITIUS33), it came up with a Chicago, IL branch. We figured it was fine since Citibank is Citibank. However, am concerned that it went through correctly b/c the branch that came up was not NY. Does anyone have a contact at Citibank where I can confirm that the wire transfer went through correctly?
Also, regarding the debit card. Is it better to get a debit card to withdraw money from my Warka account or use the wire transfer out when I need to withdraw funds?
I'm fairly new at all this, but have read everything Adam has put out on all this stuff and learning, but anything you could share to help me out would be appreciated. Thanks!!!
