What's up Doc?
tjmunson replied to tjmunson's topic in Opinions, Perspectives, and Your Two Cents on the Iraqi Dinar
Thank you PVS.....you're a busy lady this evening. Keep up the great work! -
It seems oddly quiet for a Thursday night. Usually by now the rumor mill is working overtime and all kinds of dinar chats and news articles are being tossed about like a virtual dinar whirlwind. What gives? Where's our buddy Doc? I guess everyone is entitled to a day away from this madness. No speculation, no conspiracy theory. Just sharing about what seems to me like a very unusual Thursday evening in Dinarland. Sorry if this is in the wrong forum. Wasn't quite sure where to post it. I guess the only news today is that there really isn't any news! GO IRAQ!!! Peace and Love

Al-Maliki Confirmed Research About the Characters
tjmunson replied to VIZIOIRAQI's topic in Iraq & Dinar Related News
Sometimes I think I would understand these translated articles better if they were written in gramatically correct english with every other letter missing. -
I'm on the fence with you on this one. I tend to think that the largest portion of dinar has been bought by the United States as well as US citizens. I believe the plan is to have US citizens cash in here, then the dinar goes to the treasury who will then sell it back to Iraq for oil. I also believe that what is going to pay for the cash in here in the states is the last stimulus plan that was enacted by Obama. I believe the amount was 50 billion. Anyone know where that money went??? My thoughts are that it is being held by the US treasury and that is what is going to supply the pay out money. So, in the end, all the 000's will end up back in the hands of the iraqi central bank.......who will then have the mother of all barn fires.

Trade distribution of flour in the ration items next week
tjmunson replied to VIZIOIRAQI's topic in Iraq & Dinar Related News
God bless these poor people. They live like peasants and are treated as such by their government. Meanwhile, they are living in, what is most likely the wealthiest country in the world. It's posts like these that help keep me grounded. It's so easy to lose sight of the big picture when all I focus on is the RV and the potential wealth it could bring me. Meanwhile I have a roof over my head, a fridge full of fresh food, two cars in the garage and a beautiful family that loves me very much. I'm already as rich as a man could be in the ways that truly matter. I pray with every fiber of my soul that the powers that be can resolve their differences and do what they need to do so that these oppressed human beings can begin to see the blessings THEY so rightfully deserve. How did this soap box get under my feet? Thanks for letting me vent. GO IRAQ!!!- 27 replies

My friends, uncles, roomamates, brothers chia pet told me. And if that isn't enough. I found all the info on the following site..... http://***********.wordpress.com/2010/10/02/the-truth-about-the-iraqi-dinar-part-5/ Thank you for caring enough to ask a very valid question and keep me honest. I wish more people would do it.

That;s ok.....leaves us more time to dream!

of the 27 trillion in circulation, over 20 trillion are owned by foreign governments. These governments will not be "cashing in" these 20+ trillion dinar. They will be selling them back to Iraq in excahange for oil, government contracts, etc etc. When looked at from that angle, a RI/RV of 3 or higher is absolutely well within the range of possibility But thanks for the positive outlook. Just better educate yourself next time cause you better believe the folks that are invested in the dinar know what's up. Peace out bean sprout!

I just don't understand what the CBI is up to regarding the updating of the indicative rates. It's now the 19th in Iraq and the posted rates are still from Jan 17th. I know some might say "what's the big deal they just forgot to update it". But banks don't just forget things. Especially the most watched bank on planet earth. Them forgetting to update the indicative rate is like all of us forgetting to log onto DV for a day. It just wouldn't happen arbitrarily. Wut up? http://cbi.iq/

Rumor has it that the man in the moon just RV'd. Rate is said to be $5.00. TerryK confirmed this from his space ship as he was orbiting earth.

Nomination of Security Minister to take a long time
tjmunson replied to uncs's topic in Dinar Rumors
Trust me....after 52 people were blown up in a police station today.....security just became priority one. My mother once gave me very good advice. "Don't believe everything you read". -
Isn't it amazing how people feel they are in no way accountable for the things they post. It blows my mind. Smokin....you posted this item on this forum. You had a choice.....A. Do I post it or B. Do I not post it. You chose A and along with that is dealing with the reprecussions it may cause. Holding yourself accountable for your actions whether they are your direct actions or "reposts" is a part of being a mature rational adult. Put on your big boy pants and take responsibility for the things you do. If you are unable to handle that responsibility then pretend this is a library and just read.

KRG and Baghdad locked over budget bill and oil exports
tjmunson replied to k98nights's topic in Iraq & Dinar Related News
I agree. This is as they say, technical not political. This should be a minor speed bump at most. -
Agreed. From what I've read. Shabibi's big requirement is the formal announcement of a fully seated operational GOI.

Good Morning - Good News or Bad News?
tjmunson replied to Workinchump's topic in Iraq & Dinar Related News
I believe this to be good news , for us as investors in IQD. Reason being is that the US is in jeopardy of losing it's AAA rating as a sovereign nation if we do indeed hit our debt limit. That means our credit rating as a country would stink (if it doesn't already) and it would put us in a higher interest bracket when we have to borrow money. I don't see how the powers that be in the US can let this happen. We've had this AAA rating since 1917 and we are one of the only countries to have that honor bestowed upon us. If we lose it, it is a huge shot to our credibility as a sovereign nation. That being said, if the US does owns as much IQD as has been speculated, an RI/RV would solve this entire issue. IMO if this thing doesn't happen soon, We will see pressure from the US the likes of which has not been seen to date. We have to remember, this RI/RV will be a global financial game changer when it happens. There are so many pieces to the puzzle and they each need to fit just right in order to make this work. But it WILL work. Of that I am sure. Peace and love to all. Here is the link if you wish to expolre deeper: http://forexblog.oanda.com/20080918/is-the-us-%e2%80%9caaa%e2%80%9d-rating-at-risk/ -

The agreement on the remaining ministries this week
tjmunson replied to k98nights's topic in Iraq & Dinar Related News
Good Lord, we are so close to the finish line. Seemingly anyway. Please Iraq, hold it together and git er done! -
I would imagine that the first reading is the most difficult to get through without objections. Although that is strictly my own opinion. So we are going into the 17th day of the New Year and they are on holiday what # 4 or 5? I might go work in Iraq when this is all over so I can have half the year off. Although hopefully I won't have to work at all!!!

Is there a way to block Topic posts from certain members? There are several members who post about 30 Topics at once and it blocks everything else out onto an older page. Most of these posts are duplicates as well. Any help is appreciated.
