    So what is keeping the value of the dinar down? It is the amount of notes that are out in circulation. That's it. That's all it is. Iraq has the opportunity call in those notes and add value to its currency. They can solve the note problem very quickly. Just RV their currency, and we all will turn in our notes, and then they can really increase their value when the note count is way down!
