Channel One saying the best and the only way to improve the electronic payment system is the CBI should remove the three zeros, print the new currency and give us a one month pe riod to exchange our currency. If they would actually put a rate on the dinar, I can personally get it exchanged in a couple days. I do not need a whole month to get it done. Just give us a good rate!

If Iraq wants the US out, just pay us for our bases, and improvements we have made for Iraq. Revalue your currency, so we can be paid back for our war efforts. I am sure that we would be more than happy to move on.

Don't believe in the lop! I don't believe they would get by with that with their own people, who have been stashing their dinars away, waiting for them to revalue. Why would they stash them? I am betting, because they believe the same as we do. 👍

Things are screaming at us that we are close. That screaming Mark Z is hearing is all the investors telling him to shut up!

The head of the Federal Integrity Commission, Haider Hanoun, confirmed that the commission can reach any official accused of corruption “without embarrassment and without any approvals,” noting that the current government has been able to “lift all red lines.” We will see if this is true. If Maliki doesn't go down, this story is BS!

It sounds like you might be assuming they will lop...I don't feel that will happen, or they would have done it sooner. They have had the lower denom's for quite some time, and I bet they are sitting at the banks right now just waiting for this to happen. I personally feel that Iraq will revalue the rate, and then people can deposit the old notes, and get new ones at the time. The Iraqi's will get some of the money back that they lost after the war. I feel it will be a nice orderly transition. Our notes will be turned into the bank of our choice, and then the notes will be sent to our treasury. Easy enough. I could be wrong, but I always look at the glass half full!

Supposedly, all these new notes were ordered years ago, and I think they have been distributed to the banks already. I think that they are just waiting for the revaluation, so the people can just walk in and exchange. It is not going to be a big deal like Frankie is talking about. It should be nice and orderly, just like any other transaction. So...calling BS on "Specimen Sheets". By the way, that seems like a new term he came up with...wish I was that clever!

You know they're not going to come out and say, 'We're going to change the exchange rate but only in Iraq.' ...Then banks...the numbers don't work like that. It doesn't work at $7 or $8 or $11...Be reasonable. $2.80 or $3.50 maximum like it used to be... I really think Nader is a touch high! Not on the rate, but I think he might have been spending a little too much time on the blue couch with Frankie!

I think this gives me more confidence we will get the RV. The Iraqi's are hoarding their dinars, and don't want to turn them in either, until the RV happens. I don't think it would turn out so well if the CBI lopped, and they didn't get the value they have been waiting for. So, I feel like the Iraqi's right now...if you want the old currency...RV, and you can have all of theirs and mine!

Member: Hearing that tomorrow is a "big" day & that has nothing to do with anything romantic. MZ: We are hearing more & more bank stories & Militiaman knocked it out of the park recently. This is some really funny stuff! They actually have people that believe this! I think it is BS...hopefully I am wrong!

MarkZ We got another bank story overnight from a wealth manager who is reaching out to clients saying “It is time- get everything prepared ” He means to get currency together and make certain they have ID’s updated if needed. He says they are at “Any moment now”. To me this is really encouraging as a lot of these stories are from bank personnel who used to say…”It’s a scam-don’t do it” when asked about buy foreign currency. Now they are telling me “you were right all along and get prepared”...we will not know the exact timing or the “when” until it actually happens. But they are now openly preparing many of their clients. We are hearing more and more repeat stories about this. But being leaned on hard to not share details right now. It would be nice if this is true...Highly doubt it though. I am ready for it to happen anytime though. My dinars are ready for a new home, and my bank account is ready for a much higher balance. I am set to go!

We must prepare ourselves for any & all kinds of possibilities when it comes to this RV-RI. IMHO. I actually am prepared to lose. I invested what I could comfortably afford to lose, but I still have confidence that we will win this! Iraq has a lot of tricks up their sleeves, and they have been using a lot of them so far. I am patient, and like I said...at this point I have nothing to lose but the small investment I made over 14 years ago. My dinars are living a comfortable life in my safety deposit box, until Iraq revalues their currency, or my dinars become worthless. I am ready for either one! Go RV!

Sadly, while I think Iraq might be a good investment, but I just don't trust them after all these years. Warka Bank is a good example of how things go there. It is up sometimes, down sometimes, and doesn't work most of the time. You can't contact them, or even get into your account sometimes. I just have no confidence in Iraq myself. They have proven that crime does pay there, and they don't care! The people in charge are the biggest thieves, and they are watching over everyone else. Once they RV, I want the heck out of there! 👍

I don't doubt that they set a date, but keeping it is another thing. More than likely they will "postpone" it for one thing or another. They are the worlds biggest procrastinators, and if they can find a way or reason to do it, they will!
