Frank said on his site that Maliki is supposed to address the people and the 1.49 I can't say anymore about it. Only another day to find out if is true or not.

Obviously this bank officer doesn't know much about the dinar because if she did she would know that the dinar is one of the toughest bills to counterfeit and I have not heard a case where a counterfeit bill has been found. The only scam I have heard of was early on some dealers were selling the old dinar with saddam's picture on it. Makes me question the other part about her knowing the value is going up.

Terry if you instructing the newbies then tell them nobody and i mean nobody knows a date or a rate. There are only 2 ways to stay away from listening to the predictors and that is 1. do not get into chat rooms or forums or 2. Sell all dinars and you will not have to worry about it ever again.

It's not a lop, all they said is they are paying their employees less dinars, not that they were going to lop all large denoms. For example if you have 1 mil dinar now, you will still have 1 mil after the first and multiply that by the new exchange rate and that is what you will have. That is why they had to cut their salaries, because 1,000 will equal the same amount. They are not reducing what they pay us cuz we don't work for them.

Well if you guys believe so much in a lop why don't you sell you dinars and save yourself.

It just goes to show you that we blow everything that happens over there out of proportion. We hear an oil contract is signed we think they have to rv (exaggerating a little) we I think they are at minimum a year away from getting out of chap. 7 and that is what I got out of the UN meeting today. I still think they can rv without chap 7 being lifted but i really don't think anyone has a clue as to the true state of iraq
