In reference to the budget, can anyone clarify what they mean by "the end of the year"? I have read that the budget year starts Dec 1 and others talk about Jan 1.

I find 250K amusing. Do you believe a government worker has that much cash and would spend that much? At current RV estimates of $3 something, that is about a billion.

We would not be here if we thought it was a scam. There are thousands of previous threads that you can read and make your own decision.

The above argument has no merit when talking about currencies. Forex does not work like stocks. Currencies are traded in pairs and margin HAS to be maintained to hold a position whether long or short. Settlement dates do not have anything to do with your currency trading account.

Foreign exchange is just a network of banks giving a buy/ sell price. It maybe days or even weeks before they start quoting rates. I'm sure you will hear official word out or Iraq about any rate change long before the banks even hear about it.

In Adams defense, if a conference call is posted and it is not suitable i am afraid the damage was done. It was my understanding that Adam was willing to have conference calls posted as long as he was informed in advance. I'm sure Adam appreciates the contributions of people like zzzzzzzzz.

I thought the IMF just recently rejected the budget. Is this a revised (IMF approved) version or is this a new drafting that would also need approval?

I have ordered three times. Normally fast, but last time apparently they ran out. I ordered on a Tuesday but received it the next Monday. Convenient in that they take credit cards.

If everyone knew and participated there would be little to profit from this investment. Personally I think keeping it quiet is the prudent thing to do.

Thoughtful post. You maybe closer to the actual RV than most would think. I too, (sorry) think the rate will be in the 10 to 15 cent range...although I dream of more. I ascertain the value of the currency has to be supported by the CURRENT economic situation. Hope I am wrong.

I can assure you no one will escape the spread..not even Ali. There is no reason to accept the money if there is no benefit. Ali still has to deposit it in the bank ...who will take a small spread if they take alot at one time. Pay the minimal spread and go enjoy your riches..just don't blow it foolishly..remember the needy....save some for the future!
