  1. keep, you're doing a fine job bro, i've been reading your input for some time now. I understand your position and thank you for your realistic aproach and research to this whole investment. as you well know, your point of view and understanding of this matter tends to scare the unresearched/hopeful and I've seen you bashed for it many times. I enjoy reading your material and understand your point of view. and yes, I've never read any of your posts say that you were for the "LOP" either.
  2. I agree bedouin. "BW" or "the company" still works for us.
  3. very well said.... pretty much sums up this type of potential investment. I've been seeing more of this "scam" talk associated with this investment and I believe the term is being misunderstood and used incorrectly. This post stood out to me, thanks. another term I've seen before that I believe is also used incorrectly is "cashing in". I assume, by that, it is implied that the currency is exchanged for a different currency, depending on which country you are "exchanging" in. "cashing in" sounds like some type of lottery or mythical raffle. just my opinion.
  4. Johnny Smith, rest in peace brother. thank you.
  5. I knew by opening this thread, I was going to observe a spiritual battle take place. And sure enough, it unfolded as I read every comment posted. Christians vs. non-Christians, arguing their views in the name of pure sincerity, one of the great gifts of living in a free country, but is it necessary? This post (in the rumor section) began with someone sharing information about two separate people approaching someone, and stating that an investment will come to pass. Not unlike most rumors we read on a daily basis, but this one seemed to draw in so much attention. Defending religious belief will do that. In all fairness, the commonality amongst all readers on this site is a potential financial investment / opportunity… nothing more. A lot of readers will continue to express their frustration about other agendas brought to this site, simply based on this commonality. And the frustration is completely understandable; to post a thread based on religious belief and expect non-believers to avoid it, simply because they don’t believe, is narrow minded and hypocritical. Respecting one’s religious belief is critical for harmony. But respect is difficult when one’s religion is forced on someone who simply does not believe. And to damn them, chastise them, or even pity them in the name of your God, shows lack of understanding. What saddens me about this thread is, instead of a potential witness, most continued to bash each other, bashing the basher and so on. And this will always be the case, until we as people learn to understand our passion for our beliefs, and master it instead of allowing it master us. Identify a good witnessing opportunity to share your love for Christ. I believe an Iraqi dinar forum / website is not the place.
  6. On 12 Jan 11, you posted that you were a stay at home mom with no opportunity for education. Are we to believe that in just over a months time, you have become a loan, real estate, and life insurance agent? Sounds like your husband can afford to quit his job. One question though, if he has enough sick time for several months, then why is he fired as of march 6? And if he is a "state cop" then he is CHP, and his current salary is posted on their website. Last I checked, he is doing fine.
  7. Unfortunately my friend, you can't stop it, only ignore it. It's like reasoning with a brat, the more attention you draw to stopping it, the more it will continue. Immature and irresponsible, yes. But rumor section, none the less. Research, common sense, and an interest in humor are great pieces of armor to prepare yourself for the rumor section.
  8. A good warning sign to look for, in someone's post, is whether or not they reference a currency exchange as "cash in", as if it were some kind of lottery or raffle.
  9. former military (invasion) and former psd in country. bought dinar back in 2004 on advise from a friend (fellow contractor). with it's cost and how much I made at the time, I figured I couldn't lose. I recall discussing several steps that were required for this investment to "RV" and I have seen most of them unfold over the recent past. Exciting times, I agree. But does this mean an "RV" is around the corner.... how many "mondays" have we gone through with disappointment waiting on the other side. I was turned onto this site a few years ago from a fellow contractor, stating there was some good information and intel on what's happening with the "dinar". What I've found is some information and some intel, but plenty of stories. I am someone who has sat back on the "sidelines" and watched so many of you "bash" each other over complete nonsense. How can you discredit someone simply because he's posted only once, or signed on a few days ago? Like it was stated, "newbie" is relative. Look at my sign on date; I'm certainly considered a "boot" (for all you military guys out there), but it certainly doesn't mean I'm not completely familiar with most of you "salty" individuals. In fact, I would have continued to stay on the sidelines simply because I have as much "real" knowledge about this investment as the rest on this site. But with these negative comments coming from some of you downgrading someone who, obviously, has been in the sand box recently, well that was enough for me to come out from the shadows and say this...... none of you would even have this potential opportunity if it wasn't for the military / contractors. For the rest of you with professionalism... and thick skin, with the understanding that this is the RUMORS section (I can't believe someone actually asked for a link to this thread), thank you. Your professionalism and the news section are what keep me reading.... that and the potential of an investment pay off.
