I was able to access my Wells Fargo acct, but not any of my B of a accounts this morning. Called customer service and the lady I spoke to said their systems were down, but expected them to be back up in a few hours. It's now 11:15 pm PST and no problems.

Larry143 & J.C. - You also want the asset protection of the LLC. Also, you want to be make "business" expenditures that will be expenses deducted from your income. If you buy a car, you can't personally deduct it from your income. However, if your business buys the car to be used by the Owner/Manager (it is important to show a proper appearance - the Owner/Manager must drive a newer model luxury sedan. It is also important that the vehicle is always in working order when needed so the company will pay for regular maintenance), then you can deduct these expenditures as expenses to reduce the income upon which your company will be taxed. Thank you for the post. It's always good to investigate companies, and I saw the posts as well. I'm keeping a very close eye on my account with them. So far, I've been very satisfied with the service I've received.

The LLC would allow a ton of flexibility in investments and tax deferments.

The Sandy River is one of the best kept little rivers in the area. I can't wait to move up there.

I have a very large customer base established in the Pac Northwest. I've always found the people up there very friendly. The property we are looking at is in Sandy. We are also looking in Boring, Oregon City and Sandy. I'm a fisherman, and one property is directly across from the Sandy River, and another from the Willamette. The other thing I'm doing is moving the heck out of California. Going to buy a primary residence in Nevada, then immediately buy property in Washington and Oregon. Will take over building a 9,000 sq ft mansion in Portland that's on 6.7 acres of land that was abandoned last year, and have immediate $1,200,000 in equity. Set of residency in Washington (No state income tax) and also Oregon (No sales tax)

I think there's a different tone to all of this now. Look back over the years of posts, about it Rv'ing nearly every week since 2003. You can feel the change in the air. To suddenly jump from 1-2 per week, to the numbers he had received by 4 pm today, tells me we are close. As for the questions about an "S" corp being sufficient, I'm not tax expert. I'd advise calling your tax adviser tomorrow. I will be putting nearly all of my money into a trust, which in turn will buy houses and property on behalf of my LLC. I am keeping about a half a million out for my toys, a seat in the 2011 WSoP and a 6 month cruise for my wife and 2 daughters.

Nevada Corporate Headquarters, the largest company in Nevada that does Corporation, LLC formations, etc. I called my tax consultant, Dennis, who advised me that in the past 2 days, he's had nearly 2 dozen calls from other Dinar holders, about setting appointments for next week on setting up LLC's and forming Trust accounts to minimize tax liabilities. He's just one tax guy within this company, but his phone has been ringing nearly non stop the past 2 days. I am NOT saying the RV will happen this week, or even next. I just find the timing on all of this very interesting, as up until 2 days ago, he was only getting a call or 2 per week. It sounds to me, like people are starting to get their affairs in order. Based on the numerous bits of intel coming in, combined with the Iraqi Supreme court ordering the parliament back into session or face discipline, I do believe it'll happen, not only this month, but before the 15th of this month.

Yeah, I believe the numbers are much higher than 300,000 total in the Us, and it's growing in leaps and bounds every day. I've turned a dozen people onto this investment, and they have told others. Ive read somewhere, the average amount held by an investor is around 3 million Dinar. That means a LOT of new millionaires.

With all the pending contracts for re-development, the re-value has to be at a sustainable rate. .01 will not do anything for those folks. Even $1 is low,, though certainly a justifiable amount.

The only reason to buy the small denominational stuff from E-bay, which I currently am holding almost 100,000 in small denomination notes to go with my 6 million in large notes, is for hand outs after the Rv to friends who need a small hand up. A 500 note will cash real easy at any bank, and if it comes in at $3 or so,no tax paperwork to worry about. Btw, E-bay, when paid through Paypal and bought from a top rated seller, is 100% safe.
