No. Okie is handled by a woman named Miskebam who helped the owner of Recaps get started and who owns and started Okies forum and many others. Recaps is associated with many forums and was started by 2 people both who are members of DV and one of those 2 is a woman who is a known poster on DV, The rumors posted there are pulled from other forums and re posted at the recaps site and it has been speculated that the members of recaps have been the posters of some of the rumors under different user names. The proof of that is yet to be nailed down but is highly suspected. Recaps as most of those rumor sites makes money from click ad revenue and the selling of ad space. More rumors = more site views = more click ad revenue. Dinar rumors are and have been big money for many of the forum owners.

Even people with multiple personalities have to make a living ya "know" You can bet 75% of all those replies are written by someone at re caps and are not even real. The whole re caps site is a rumor mill to generate click ad revenue. They have full time paid employees there who do nothing but post rumors 24/7. I bet the feds are all over them and they have no clue.
