It's always a good idea to check your grammar and spelling prior to sending an open letter to a bank.

Tampa RV Party
pdx4me replied to WantMyTurboS's topic in Opinions, Perspectives, and Your Two Cents on the Iraqi Dinar
An RV party at Tampa sounds great, but how about a Caribbean cruise on something like the new Allure of the Seas which holds 6,300 people? That way we wouldn't have to worry about bringing food... -
That was a cool link, but where does Bahrain go on their map? There wasn't a place for it on the link so I didn't score myself. Reminds me of the Sleepless in Seattle movie where the Dad asks his son if he knows where a specific US state is and his kid answers, "somewhere in the middle"? Maybe our education system needs to work on GEOGRAPHY just a little, you think?

Maybe all the hype is because so very few people actually watch the State of the Union anymore. It's got to be the most self-aggrandizing event in the country. All the silly applause every few seconds - can't they just announce "please hold your applause until the end"? All these supposed statesmen jumping up and down - it's ridiculous. I don't think the state of the union has been a actual report of our country's situation for many years. The evening news will consist of pundits analyzing every single word and expression of everyone in attendance and then the TV and radio stations will pick up the political analysis for at least the next couple of weeks .... aarrrrghhh! I wouldn't hold my breath waiting to hear Obama mention the dinar tonight!

I don't think you're going to get a foil hat! -
I'm in Portland and the ENTIRE state is watching the DUCKS GAME. We're down by 5 right now and frankly you guys look like you're having more fun! My hubby and sons are yelling at the TV and I've had enough. I'm hanging out with you guys the rest of the evening.

THE PRIDE OF IRAQ IN KEEPING THE DINAR STABLE FOR 2 YEARS IS A CROCK!!!
pdx4me replied to RichNick123's topic in Dinar Rumors
That is insulting ... and not true. I know of several friends and family members who make well over $500,000 a year who are invested in dinar. -
Thank you Phoenix and keepm for your expertise, knowledge, experience - and most of all for your willingness to SHARE with those of us who are standing on the sidelines watching this parade. I don't know a great deal about Maliki, but I'm pretty sure the good ol' USA has had a few ... shall we say ... greedy, selfish, dishonest and wicked leaders and even presidents. I'm hoping whoever heads the Iraq government will (1) survive and (2) put the interests of Iraq FIRST. Wishing us all good luck - don't forget to vote!

I woke up this morning feeling depressed and worried about a bunch of stuff and decided to check the RUMORS. I actually chuckled and laughed my way through this whole thread. Thanks for making this a better day for me! You guys are GREAT!

MALAKI? ALLAWI? MAHDI? We're frustrated and criticize their efforts to resolve their leadership crisis even though for them this is a very NEW process. We've been at it for 234 years ... remember BUSH-GORE? Let's give them a chance to put together a government that (hopefully) will best represent the people and hang in there while they struggle. Then GO RV!
-
Nope - I couldn't go through this up and down stuff again no matter how successful it might turn out to be. I don't know about you, but I've spent WAY too much time following this. GO RV - PLEASE?

Thanks for the assurance - bummer to get to cash-in and find our currency is not valid. Appreciate your input.
