Maliki is the one holding things up at this point. Maliki can not form a GOI without the Kurds. Allawi is trying to form another alliance. The bottom line is that Maliki is using his position to manipulate other blocs against Allawi and Mahdi but not able to get them to back him either. As put to me it;s one big continuous circle right now and Maliki does have the upper hand but still not enough support to form the GOI. Unfortunately is no trusted word of an RV yet.

You have the right to your opinion but my opinion is Obama is hiding something. He is definatly PRO MUSLIM. He intends to load the country with Hamas out of the Gaza which he is spending 20.3 mill of OUR money to move them here so they can kill us a little easier. He needs to go period.

This is a very good post and I have a plan. I know many hard working people right now that are in need of help. I will have no problem spreading my money around for the good of other good people that are down and out. I can honestly say the majority of what I get from this RV will go to help others. I really believe most if not all of my Family here at DV will bless others in need with what we have been blessed with ourselves.

I don't know if any of this is out yet or not The formation of the GOI has now moved to the Regional stage and a possible way out of the Political deadlock could be materializing. Reguardless of what you have been hearing Maliki is very close to having enough allies to begin the formation of the GOI and is not out of the picture at all. Maliki stated he would form the GOI with or without the participation of the Iraqi List. I was told directly by Arinai that if Maliki and the Kurds come to a total agreement Maliki can not be stopped from forming the GOI as they see it. The big holdup is that the Kurds are demanding 140 be guaranteed and the new GOI MUST be made up of FOUR BLOCS or more. There have been large demonstartion against any further delays of forming the GOI by the Iraqi people. Some of these demonstartions were disbursted as the Iraqi people are very angry as to their suffering from the delay of the GOI. The people of Iraq state they will come together soon and DEMAND Iraq hold NEW ELECTIONS if the GOI is not formed soon. Unfortunately no time line given on that. The heat is on so lets hope for the best.

Allawi and the List have announced they will have an alliance formed within 2 days. This alliance will be a formation of a 132-member Parliment of the Iraqi List, The Supreme Council, the Badr Association, The Unity of Iraq and the Accordance Front. At this point Maliki is said to have 145 and needs 18 more. Allawi's new alliance at 132 will be 31 short. So the race is on for both to reach the magic number of 163. A possible here we go again.

We find that there are less attacks with the secured cases then as per the loose case which is subject to ****** and run. Don't think the bad guys won't know there is cashing in going on. Overkill, Maybe but if I were attacked I would still be able to use both hands and keep my case secure. It could also be a weapon lol.

Good Question. It is very possible that Chapter VII will be used by outside forces to hurry the formation of the GOI along. I do think they will want the GOI in place before they lift VII. I really believe they can RV anytime they choose under acting Gov JMO.

Not much on this right now but the word in Iraq is that the USA and France are putting the push on to remove Iraq from Chapter VII. This should hit the news if it hasn't already. Lets hope they keep it moving. This just in. Britain and US discuss steps to remove Iraq out of Chapter VII. Meeting with Iraqi Foreign Minister. Apparently the support to remove Iraq from Chapter VII is growing fast. This will be a big step.

The following information you may or may not agree with and that is fine but please understand the people involved in this dicussion are all very knowledgable in the banking sector and of multipal areas in same. My cohorts and I have talked at length on the subject of what will happen when the RV is anounced and how the CBI will conduct it. We feel the following will take place when the RV happens and please remember this is just an educated guess. When the CBI is ready and prepared to deal with the RV they will possibly do the following. (I will try to do this short form.) The RV will be annouced on a Thursday late afternoon just before or after closing or possibly on a Friday as they are closed on Friday and Saturday which is also the weekend in many countries. Why? This will allow them to inform all parties involved of how they intend to handle the cash in of the dinar via media, radio, TV , newspaper etc. Giving instructions on how, when and maybe even where you can cash in. We feel This will be a CONTROLLED RV because it will be MASSIVE. It is very possible they will handle incountry first, then possibly the Middle East countries next, then Europe and then the West meaning us and maybe not in that order. Remember the major majority of transaction from the RV will be coming out of the CBI and affiliates in Iraq and they only have so many people working so it could take some time. They can't just announce the RV and try to handle the whole world all at once so to break it down would make it easier to deal with. The Warka and Middle East accounts will be some of the first to exchange for obvious reasons. Many banks will be set to handle exchanges as the dinar WILL BE recognized as a world currency after the RV. There will be other cash-in options for some of us such as the legit dealers we bought from who have the money in reserve for the exchange or the means through the CBI and or affiliates to pay us . We also feel there will be brokers pop up who will cash you in for a percentage of your dinars but there will also be crooks and scammers so stick with what you know to be legit. It is possible In some cases it may be weeks or even months before you can cash in so be prepared to wait in line for your appointment because there may be millions ahead of you. So stay on top of the info given and have everything in order. I have all my dinar and papers in a security briefcase with wrist cuff which will be cuffed to my wrist because you can bet when this happens there will unfortunately be some of us robbed. So be prepared, think safety and be very careful. We hope some of this will help you to know what to expect when the RV is announced. My info was that Iraq is in bilateral nogotiations with the WTO for acession (joining) to the WTO. It will be big news when they are inducted to the WTO and I don;t believe I will have to tell you about it. Keep your fingers crossed and PRAY.

Sorry guys I told you a few days ago I would have info about the dinar but with all thats happening I forgot to post. Here what I have short , simple and sweet. THE IMF HAS ASKED IRAQ TO PROMOTE THE VALUE OF THE IRAQI DINAR ALONG WITH SOME RADICAL TAX CHANGES. This is what the IMF requires for Iraq to barrow against its oil production to support projects and other monetary obligations in Iraq. One more push to get Iraq to RV before the end of the year. This is really good news and Iraq will have to RV to get these loans from the IMF. Iraq will do what is asked to obtain the loans to support there monetary reserve for what? Yes that right to have the money to support the RV!!!!!!!!!
