I was asked by a friend to make a comment on this post so I will. I will make this short. The Kuwait and Iraqi 22bil deal will be worked out behind closed doors on or around the 17th of Dec with the UN and it is more than likely that they will reach an agreement on how this 22 Bil will be paid. On other matters it is assumed Iraq will agree to work with Kuwait to find missing people and missing artifacts still missing from Kuwait. The border dispute is all but done and waiting for final touches. Kuwait and Iraq will be (guided) into an agreement and I look for their differences to be settled within days which will be one more step closer to the RV. Remember that Kuwait depends on the US for security in the region and they know what we want. It is all coming together and should be totally done by the end of this year pending no severe blow up at this point.

They will vote on the 15th to remove Iraq from CH7. GOI will be done and announced on the 9th.

I agree George. I just hope we can last that long with what is running the country right now.

I have recieved several emails on different subjects that have developed in the last hours here at DV. #1 I advised I would be concentrating on the RV ONLY at this time and unfortunately there is not much solid info on the RV right now and I do not post just for the sake of posting. It is important to me to pass on to you THE BEST INFO I can get. #2 There are plenty of posts on the formation of the GOI and it seems to be moving along ok at this point. #3 In reference to SteveI and Check possibly leaving DV, that would be A HUGE LOSS and hopefully they will reconsider. Please give Steve, Check and Adam time to work this out before making any hasty decisions. I wish Steve and Check the best and support them all I can but to be honest I don't have enough facts on the situation to give any type of input at this time. I will contact SteveI today. Meanwhile I would ask that we just calm down and we will see how this situation plays out. SteveI and Check are highly respected here and they do have a LARGE following and much support. I hope this is just a misunderstanding that will be worked out quickly so hopefully Steve and Check will be back with us very soon. If not then I guess there will be decisions to be made at that time. As always I will pass on any RV info I get. At any rate I wish each and everyone of you a very HAPPY THANKSGIVING! This converter has been that way for months. If you invert it I think it will then show .32. Its messed up and not correct.

Your question is legitament but the answer is that we really don't know at this time. It is very possible and it would be the logical thing to do but there IS NO SOLID proof this has been done or going to be done at this point. It is the belief in many circles that the RV could happen with the announcement of the 2011 budget. We should know something soon hopefully. Hang in there.

Canster I know what you saying but look at it like this, worse case scenario is we have to cash out for a little less than what we invested. This is not a total zero type investment and we can't totally loose. Keep the faith.

Hey Jug, I actually think when Iraq RVs and signs the WTO paper becoming a member the dinar will IMO BE a tradable currency.

Ok I can see alot of questions out there about the RV. There IS a strong possibility the RV could be figured in the 2011 budget. There are big questions on why the 2011 budget has not already cleared as they could do that in a day or two. There has to be a reason for the delay other than the Gov. Although it has not been varified as a fact as of yet that the 2011 budget will carry the RV we still need to look at the big picture right now. Iraq is being pressured by many different scources to RV. One of the big ones is the WTO. Even other M Eastern countries are wanting them to RV. It is a popular opinion they will have to RV soon and can not wait much longer one way or the other. We ALL need to keep watching for the signs that will indicate the coming of the RV. Stay focused and watch because someone over there will slip-up sooner or later with some info. Hang in there and I will pass on any news as soon as I get it. Keep the faith and hope for the best.

Hey RH I appreciate what your saying and I understand how you feel. It has not always been the land of roses for any of us who try to get the best info we can for the family. I VERY MUCH APPRECIATE THE RESPECT OF THE PEOPLE HERE. I did not earn that respect by my self. My friend Arinai deserves the credit not me he does the real work. I was also supported by many who varified my info ON THEIR OWN because some of it had not even been released here yet. STEVEI, k98nights, Scooter, Med, Eddinar, Carlablum, ChiefV, Duane N, ShawnW, Jugdawg1, gwright, Texan49, railroader, haha, sessi, Adam, (and the list goes on) all have helped me with similar intel from their sides and thats what builds trust. It can not be done by one man. So here to me its WE are a TEAM. There is no I in TEAM. I see everyone here doing what they can to help us get through this with the best info possible. I never have and never will down grade anyone here. I understand this RV is very important to many here and the anxiety and frustration has to be HUGE for some. That is why I make sure I explain what is fact and what is possibly not and do not beef up or pass on any bull. I have not and will not ever pass on anything that does not have some type of real backing to the info in one way or another. So if I have earned that respect it has been with the help of others here that have the same respect. I believe we have done that TOGETHER. I guess it boils down to the fact that I care about my FAMILY here at DV and I know they care about me. So in reality the feeling is totally mutual to each and everyone here.
