The government can do that because we as a people allow them to. By voting in liberal and socialist individuals into the House and Senate the American people are giving up there rights to personal financial freedom. The politicians know darn well if they want to increase government liquidity they should lower taxes and not raise them. I know that sounds strange on the face of it, but it has been proven time and time again. They want there power. They want to control every aspect of our lives. In order to do that they must take away the only thing that gives individuals power and that is there money. The politicians then redistribute that wealth to people who don't pay taxes and those people get to vote themselves more money by putting the same crooked politicians back in office. Benjamin Franklin said that once we as a people can vote ourselves money we will no longer have a democracy. Sorry to say we are there. There are just to many non producers who benefit from government hand outs and each one of them has a vote. What needs to be done is educating the public on how if you're getting money now in the short term that it will eventually collapse because the people who are paying the taxes will eventually realize it's just not worth working your butt off and having to pay Uncle Sam the majority of what you made. No wonder there are so many people who fudge on there tax returns. If tax laws were fair the government wouldn't have to worry about people cheating on their returns. There wouldn't be a need for so many government employees and those people would be in the private sector actually producing income instead of sucking off the government. Sorry for the long rant. Don't forget after the R/V if it is possible try and donate just a little bit to some military or veterans organization. They are the ones who have given so much of themselves for us to be here where we are now. May God bless us all especially our brave men and women in uniform.

I disagree completely, I see the light at the end of the tunnel. I know this ride is at it's completion. These are the final days, and I'm speaking of the R/V not the end of the world. This is why our men and women of our armed forces have given there lives. Some people will profit and some people will die. My thoughts and prayers are always with the men and women who have given the ultimate sacrifice.

Why is there even a forum for LOP talk? It is not going to happen. The currency will R/V at a little more than a dollar and then gradually increase to what it is actually worth in the $3 to $4 range. I've known that for a long time. When it happens it will happen; just go about enjoying life and support the men and women of our armed services.
